Control and Management Monitoring Center (24/7):
After studying your premises and installing the proper security solution, it is particularly important to monitor it, operate it properly and handle it properly.
Vigilance Facility Management has manned under special security conditions (shielding, air conditioning, CCTV, power supply back up, ventilation), a fully automated Monitoring Central Station, equipped with PCs, Micro Real Time Software and Special Software for Security Monitoring.
The Control and Management Monitoring Center operates 24 hours a day, all days of the year, to coordinate and monitor the security personnel, depending on the needs that may arise or the event that may arise, is able to:
- It mobilizes the authorities as needed, depending on each alarm signal it receives, whilst informing the subscriber wherever he is, before and after each procedure.
- It alerts the company’s patrol fleet vehicles.
- It controls the ON / OFF operation of systems assigned to third parties or employees (stores, banks, etc.), generating monthly reports and recording their days and hours of operation.
- It controls and implements alarm security procedure and technologies throughout Greece (Access Control, alarm confirmation signals, video surveillance sites-CCTV).
- Submits in hard copy the actions taken by the Center (via PC), in real time, upon the Subscriber’s request.

Our 24/7 Monitoring Center, High-tech equipment, fully utilizes the alarm system installed at your premises.
The 24/7 Monitoring Center is supported by a network of computers with a special security Software, which in combination with our experienced and specialized staff, handle the signals we receive with speed and responsibility.
The telephone lines of our 24/7 Monitoring Center to which the subscriber’s alarm system is connected are digital and concise, eliminating any communication problem and minimizing the communication time between the alarm signal and our 24/7 Monitoring Center.
When the experienced operators of the 24/7 Monitoring Center receive an alarm, they procced to the necessary actions, such as immediately notify the authorities and informe the subscribers.

PR-GUARD is an online security and patrol tracking system that enhances the efficiency of security systems and provides the effective ability to improve the quality of services provided to our customers.
PR-GUARD integrates all the key features of a smart guard monitoring and patrol system:
- Creating areas and routes of checkpoints.
- Receive SOS alerts and immediate help actions.

- Send event reports to customers or to the monitoring center.
- Patrol monitoring remotely and in real time.

PR-GUARD integrates sophisticated and innovative applications:
- Web Application: The Web application allows us to add and edit all relevant information regarding the roles of Users – Administrators, Patrols Supervisors, Guards Supervisors, Guards, Clients – of the system, while at the same time having complete control over event reports, sites and infrastructure, checkpoints, security guards and guarding staff.
- Μοbile Application: Completing the patrol and updating the Monitoring Center for any action is now possible via the smartphone. Not only to send simple events, but we can also send multimedia files, such as: text messages, images we can capture during patrols, audio recording.
All of the above can be “certified” by incorporating the signature of each guard per site. - MARS – Managing Guarding services through mobile: Using MARS, we can receive real-time event reports (without the need to press refresh), just as they happen. The app provide us with an effective and immediate way to have complete control over our activities, 24/7, receiving reports quickly and effectively about the condition of the guards. and the areas they oversee.
- PTT – Push to Talk: Push To Talk application provides secure and advanced SSL encryption, which ensures that all communications are secure. Communication is two-way with simultaneous reception and sending of audio messages while the users are talking. At the same time the background mode runs in the background, allowing the user the freedom to work alongside other applications while allowing for group chat and reconnection in the event of a lost connection.
- Man Down Mode Application: When a guard hits, slips, etc., due to an obstacle or danger, and the result is to drop down, a Man Down app alert is automatically sent to the Monitoring Center for immediate action. This function is based on the use of a sensor, which is mounted on the guard suit and sends the signal to the cellphone in the event of a fall.
Data Destruction Services:
An innovative data management and destruction program, both in paper and electronic formats, comes to fill the gap in the safe destruction and management of sensitive data.
We ensure the deletion, demagnetization of any electronic data storage device, excluding any leakage or retrieval of information. At the same time, the printed data, using special machines, is shredded and destroyed in such a way as to prevent it from being reproduced in any way. Our highly trained staff, when they fulfil their work, proceed with a report, with all the necessary information such as date of disaster, description of storage and data, method of destruction proving the safe process of destroying data and files.
